UAE National Anthem
Played promptly at 08:00 AM daily. We kindly ask parents in the reception area to stand at attention and observe the accepted tradition of showing respect to the national symbol of the UAE. If you arrive while the anthem is playing, please stop with your child and wait until it concludes.

Student Dismissal & Pick-up Governance
📋 Pick-up List Registration
Every parent must register all authorized guardians (including mother and father) on the official Pick-up List. The school reserves the right not to release a child if this registration is incomplete.
✍️ Daily Signature Verification
Every time you collect your child, you must sign the physical student departure record at the exit. This mandatory safeguarding measure ensures real-time accounting of all students on campus, even if staff recognize you.
Students not attending Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) must be collected no later than 18:00.
Students not attending ECA must be collected no later than 12:00 PM.
⚠️ Mandatory Safeguarding Notice
ECA attendees must be collected immediately upon session completion. Siblings without active ECA enrollment cannot remain unattended.
In compliance with UAE Federal Child Safety legislation and ADEK mandates, uncollected students will be formally reported to the Child Protection Unit (CPU). In case of unexpected transit delays, notify reception immediately.
Independent Departure (Ages 14+)
Grade 9 students aged 14 and above may depart independently solely with verified written parental authorization, logging out with campus security. Authorized Grade 9 students may also escort younger siblings starting from Grade 2.
Friday Exit Zones (11:30 – 12:00 PM)
After 12:00 PM, all remaining dismissals proceed exclusively through the Main Entrance.

Students return to regular classes upon completion, or dismiss if no further lessons are scheduled. As examination lengths vary, finish times may exceed 16:30 on certain days. Students exempted from specific exams follow their standard timetable.

Canteen, Health & Lost & Found
Canteen & Zenda App
Subscriptions operate via Zenda Canteen (replacing Spare, with existing balances migrating automatically). Register via satheesh@foodnationme.com (cc: info@russianschool.ae), specifying the child’s GRADE.
Carbonated beverages, crisps, chocolate bars, sweetened yoghurts, and nuts (Nut-Free Campus). Commercial food deliveries are rejected.
Lost & Found Display
General lost items are displayed for inspection exclusively on Fridays (08:00–12:00). Lost lunch boxes and water bottles are kept on dedicated canteen shelves for daily retrieval.
Mojo Diary & Contracts
Homework and schedules are updated in the Mojo platform (School Code: 8956). Video tutorials are available on the Mojo Education YouTube channel.
