Regulations

Institutional Policies & Guidelines

Assessment & Placement

RSAD conducts age-appropriate baseline observations and assessments for KG, Cycle 1, and Cycle 2. Placement tests guarantee appropriate learning support levels rather than exclusionary ranking.

Cycle 3 Restriction: Due to rigorous preparation for state examinations, transfers from non-Russian curricula are not admitted into Cycle 3 (Grades 10–12).

Waiting List Protocol

When applicant volume exceeds class capacity, places are allocated via an official waiting list capped at 10 students per class, active throughout the first academic semester.

Offer & Withdrawal

Official offers are issued with fixed validity windows. Offers are withdrawn only upon missed enrollment deadlines or verified submission of fraudulent documents.
