Grade Correspondence: ADEK Grade = Russian Class + 1
In the UAE educational framework, formal Grade 1 completes early childhood education (Kindergarten), whereas in the Russian Federation, formal schooling starts with Class 1 at age 7. As a result, all Russian classes correspond to an ADEK grade shifted by exactly one year:

Pre-KG, KG 1, KG 2, and ADEK Grade 1 form the early learning foundation (FOP DO).
Primary School
Classes 1 to 4 build foundational academic disciplines under FSES NOO.
Middle & High School
Classes 5 to 11 culminate in state examinations and matriculation diplomas.
