270 students across Primary (125), Middle (109), and Senior School (36) explored the prompt: “Can AI become a friend, replace a teacher, or become a creator?”. Class winners were awarded, alongside a special commendation for Russian as a Foreign Language learners.

Campus Routines & Student Safety

UAE National Anthem

Played promptly at 8:00 a.m. daily. Parents in reception or entering campus are kindly requested to stand at attention and observe respectful silence during the national anthem.

Uniform & Appearance

Neat, clean attire with neutral shoes and tied-back hair is strictly mandatory. Missing items should be sourced from ZAKS Uniforms. Adherence is monitored under RSAD Student Behavior Policy.

School Contract (AY 26/27): Complete in English within 2 days.
Mojo App: Use School Code 8956 for timetables and homework updates.

Dismissal, Pick-Up & Independent Departure

Pick-up Lists: Every family must submit an authorized collector list. Children are not released to unauthorized individuals.

Friday Schedule (School ends at 12:30):

11:30–12:00: KG (Exit A) | Primary (Exit C) | Secondary (Main Entrance)
12:00–12:30: All sections via Main Entrance

Independent Departure (Grades 9–12 / 8–11 Classes):

Students aged 14+ require an updated 2026/2027 permission form. Note: If a student is attended by the clinic nurse, independent departure is suspended for that day and parents must collect the student in person.

Absences & Medical Notes

Submit same-day notices exclusively to reception@russianschool.ae in PDF format. Medical certificates issued outside the UAE require certified English translation and notarization.

Canteen & Allergies

Notify class teacher, clinic (nurse@russianschool.ae), and Food Nation (satheesh@foodnationme.com) of any dietary restrictions.

Healthy Eating Code

Prohibited on campus:

Fizzy drinks, crisps, chocolate bars, sweetened yoghurts, and nuts. Outside restaurant food deliveries are strictly prohibited.
