Safety, Etiquette & Pick-up Rules
UAE National Anthem
The UAE National Anthem plays daily at 8:00 AM. We kindly ask parents in the reception area to stand at respectful attention. If arriving during the anthem, please pause with your child and wait until it finishes before proceeding.
Pick-up List Registration
To ensure student safety, all authorized guardians (including parents) must be registered in the official Pick-up List. The school reserves the right to withhold dismissal if the form has not been submitted.
Authorized Dismissal Schedules
Students not attending Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) must be collected no later than 6:00 PM.
Students not attending ECA must be collected no later than 12:00 PM.
• ECA Participants: Must be collected immediately after their activity concludes.
• Siblings: Must be picked up at their regular dismissal time unless they are actively enrolled in an ongoing ECA session.
• Supervision Notice: In accordance with UAE Child Protection legislation, uncollected students will be formally reported to the Child Protection Unit (CPU) and ADEK. If you are delayed due to an emergency, please notify reception immediately.
From 12:00 PM onwards, all student dismissals proceed exclusively through the Main Entrance.
Academic Events & Olympiads
IBT Mock Exam (Classes 2–9 / Grades 3–10)
Taking place from 21 to 25 September. This mandatory benchmark familiarizes students with international assessment standards and provides objective metrics on core skill proficiencies.

All-Russian Olympiad School Stage Schedule
Classes 4–11 (Home Online Format)Personal student logins and passwords have been distributed via school email. Access links and recovery instructions are provided in the weekly newsletter.
Administrative & Nutrition Guidelines
Canteen & Zenda App
The Spare app has been replaced by Zenda Canteen. Subscriptions can be requested directly via satheesh@foodnationme.com (copy info@russianschool.ae), specifying the student’s GRADE.
Uniform & Mojo Portal
Standard attire must be clean, with neutral shoes and hair tied back. Items can be purchased at ZAKS Uniforms. Repeated dress code violations will require changing at home.
Contracts & KG Adaptation
The Kindergarten adaptation period is complete. Standard pick-up runs from 16:30 to 18:00 (Fridays 11:30–12:00). For inquiries, contact Ms. Kirsty Hubbert (k.hubbert@russianschool.ae).
